I am a Usability Consultant at UsabilityOne.
UsabilityOne is one of Australia’s leading usability consultancies, offering support to a wide array of clients in both the private and government sectors. UsabilityOne is also the first (and currently only) Australian usability consultancy to become an authorised Google Optimiser consultant.
My work involves helping clients to ensure their products are aligned with user needs and behaviours. This is acheved through quantitative and qualitative research involving questionnaires, focus groups, needs anlalysis, card sorts, one-on-one user testing, website metrics and many other methodologies a project may demand. I work with clients at all stages of the development process, from first steps user needs analysis to post launch performance tracking.
